Not sure why cause it so rarely happens, but when i'm looking to buy a house, this is always one important thing I look at. Depending where the house is on the street and where the bedrooms are, that's always a sticking point with me.

I definitely prefer bedrooms on the back of the house. They said this was a trailer home though and if it killed 3 and injured the other I imagine he tore through the whole house

Same here. Had a car wrap around a pecan tree in my yard once. Looking at how he went into my yard, it looked like he was on track to run into my bedroom if the tree hadn't been there. That was a tough tree though, it stayed standing, just tore the bark off of it.
