This. I don’t mind Tyrion dying or Varys. Or really Dany but Bran’d purpose as the 3ER has been, at least to me, that he doesn’t care about those things. What council alive elects him King if most of the important players and people who care about the realm are dead?

Fricking Samwell gonna be Hand of the King? And Bran should know there’s no point of the Wall anymore. There’s literally nothing to protect. The wildlings left were Wights or are in the North now. There are certainly no White Walkers so why would Bran send Jon there?

Jon’s arc would basically be Night’s Watch, King of the North, Finding he’s a Targ, all for nothing. Literally no payoff at all
