Both of these are true, imo. The only positive it gives us at the moment is it helps other out of state players start to look our way. But I certainly don't expect these two players to stay committed to LSU, history overwhelmingly shows this will probably be the case.

There are other signs to who will stick. When you have guys OOS that not only commit, but are actively recruiting others to join them at LSU that's a very good sign. Ricks has been doing it. Sampah jumped right in as well and he's also close with Jarrett so that helps. No guarantees at this point but it sure is looking good.

No it doesn’t. Contrary to popular belief, most commits do not waver. People just freak out on the ones that do.

No, it doesn't. A recruit committing to you makes a recruit much more likely to sign with you. Historically, allot of recruits commit to one school and stick to that commitment. That isn't to say they won't de-commit but to pretend it means nothing is overwhelmingly ahistorical.
