These draft pick announcements are a bit too cheesy

for me. The one the Cardinals did earlier with the skit was downright cringeworthy, same with the team cheers and all that. I felt bad for Jim Brown who thinks we are in the year 2013.
Maybe I’m an old fashioned baw but some things need to be left alone. Just keep it simple and let the commish read the picks off a card.

Steelers had a WWII vet announce a pick, that was pretty cool.

I have nothing against that. Letting the kids in the Iowa Children’s hospital read the pick was a nice gesture too.
I’m just not a fan of the 2 minute long skits and all the Twitter bullshite every single pick, especially in the 4th round. It’s a bit excessive

Otherwise it's just clips and spin.
I have to avert my eyes when they show families.
Cheesy, indeed.
I'm recording so I can spin past the in home moment.

Saints should have someone from a blindness foundation announce a pick.

And announce it from the exact scene of the crime in the Dome while they're at it.

Anyone see that former Colts punter drag his nuts across the Titans fan base? Imagine Chris Jericho announcing draft picks to get an idea. He even did the Mr. Kennedy shtick of saying the guys last name twice with a long pause in between.

The whole draft has become a circus... It's a joke...
I can't even watch it.. Doofus fans in jerseys, gabbing them and shaking it at the camera... It's become the goofiest thing ever..
