I'm about to start the same sort of project or pay someone to do it for me. I had some trees removed last month so those guys called 811 to mark my utilities. Well my electrical runs parallel with my street across the front of my yard about 3ft from the sidewalk. I wanted to run my line all the way to the sidewalk and end with a pop-up. I had two landscapers simply suggest to end the line short of the electrical so I wouldn't even need to deal with it. I still have enough fall that it will continue to drain towards the street. Might be something to consider.

Power line, 3' down. You can call the power company you get power from and they will tell you how deep a under ground service has to be.
Cable, 2"- as deep as a foot.
Before digging, you better call 811. They will contact all people involved. They give them 48 hours to mark out lines.
