I would get it. We were there last April and I was miserable because it was warm in our flat...and it had "AC" - just a really sucky version of it.
If you don't mind sleeping in a warm room, then you'll be fine. If you like a cold room, then you will want it.

Yep, Most of the A/Ca suck anyway
I lived in London for a summer with no A/C, and I sleep with my house on 68*
Lotta drinking, cold showers, and sleeping naked
