Does the Netherlands have private beaches? In which case, could a Muslim group not decide to purchase a stretch of beach for a private club and enforce dresscode rules on that beach? Why must the state create a Halal beach for them? Can they not buy and maintain their own halal beach?

My first encounter with one of those described was on St. Martin. Was lounging on a beach chair with my eyes closed. A voice asked if the chair next to me was taken. I opened my eyes to see a woman in her 70s with exposed boobs hanging like rotting mangoes, just inches from my face. I invited her to take the chair and ordered another rum. It was unpleasant but somehow I survived.
