It's near the USCw campus. Mostly black part of town.
Now I'm pretty sure there's another road in L.A. named after Obama. It's the Obama Freeway, in Glendale and Pasadena (The 134) just north of the president's alma mater, Occidental College.

Yea - no big deal - who wants to be anywhere around MLK Blvd? - and he was a great man.
