Will be in Denver the week of May 13-18. Looking for recommendations on places to visit, eat, do, what we must see and things we can do without. My gf will be in meetings during the day so I will be looking for things to do in the mean time.

Find things to do that you enjoy in the mountains outside the city. You don't visit Denver to see Denver. There's plenty of good breweries to try in the city, maybe see if you can get tickets to a show at red rocks. I live in Denver and we usually try to go to the mountains every weekend.
