IMO, the sophomore class has to bring it next year. I read that this class only has 4 event titles among them. I know Finnegan & Edney were the main AAs this year (& Myia last year), but they’ve had their opportunities....although Sarah is close to perfection.

Desiderio is a legit beamer, issue is she will never win event titles on beam since she is a lead off. Its unfortunate to say but lead off people will never see the same scores they would get later down the lineup. Same goes for Durante on bars, though she has to clean up that dismount. LSU could be dangerous more so next year if Desiderio gets it together on floor, there is zero reason she shouldn't be an all American on floor.

Campbell was the only sophomore who scored in the high 9.9's last year, the sophomore class has to move those 9.85/9.875 scores into the 9.9/9.925 scores.

But to be fair, its hard to win event titles when Finnegan is getting 9.95 or higher on every apparatus (minus vault)

The coaches planned for Gunter to be a floor specialist. She was training a double Arabian before her injury.
