Yes most bay boats have the console in the center.
The term Center console is typically used to describe boats with deeper V’s, higher sides, designed to handle largerwaves more better than shallower v’s of bay boats.
Thats why he asked when you mentioned snapper and no real need for shallow water access.

Well no shite Sherlock. I guess you don’t know the difference. A bay boat has a center console but is a very different boat than a CC which is not a bay boat.
The op asks about bay boat suggestions then mentions that he doesn’t need shallow water capability and wants to be able to target snapper. So it sounds like he is asking for a CC not a bay boat.
