Wait - my first response was to the post title.
Now, I can't agree with this "50/50" thing. Joe Alleva is clearly the worst AD in the Power 5. So, it is possible they can find a worse AD, it isn't 50/50. Can't be.

With no AD, I at least have hope that they can hire a competent AD. With Alleva in power, it never felt like I had hope for LSUs future due to the long, long list of mistakes.

Contrary to the popular wisdom on this board, the new BOS appointed by JBE has, within nine months of having voting control, apparently removed Joe Alleva. Alleva was appointed in the Jindal era. In fact, the Jindal board was so impressed with Alleva that they made him VICE CHANCELLOR in addition to AD.
Huge step forward by the new powers- that- be.
Now let's hope this new group will remove F. King.
