the most important job of an AD is to hire coaches to win games and raise money for athletics. Which kind of go hand and hand. if theses things are happening, people could care less on how he handles the media.

Yeah, no one around here cares how "I am the search" was handled, or that every dime is being squeezed out of the gameday experience, or that Wade got thrown under the bus after a tournament win.
