Amen to that.

This is the crux of the matter and is the proximate cause of all that’s unfolded since.

1. Without the Yahoo article none of this would have happened- so why was it released when it was, and why didn’t Yahoo back up their story with the entire leaked transcript, not just an excerpt?
2. Why did Alleva/King have an incomprehensible knee jerk reaction the very next day? Did they confirm sources, and the veracity of the article?
They freaked out in fear of LOIC, CYA style. They didn’t think ahead. They didn’t attempt to mitigate the situation with careful consideration. Worst of all, they didn’t support our coach without the courtesy of looking into it first.

Because of 1. & 2. we are where we are now.
