I’m curious about rattlesnake, as well.

I've fried rattlesnake a few times and it's good. Friend of mine once killed one just over 6 ft. long and brought it to me and only wanted the skin off it, so I skinned it, cleaned it and cooked it up by frying.

He ate a few pieces but the only thing he kept thinking about was when I cleaned it, there was a large rat in its belly that I removed and lost his appetite.

We used to catch rattlesnakes when younger and cook them over a fire. Snake on a stick. Pretty tasty. I've had fried snake a few times as well and that's some pretty good stuff
