Damn, now that has my curiosity.

Interestingly enough, that will kill a cat, I just wouldn’t know how to prepare it hahahha

What’d you do?
I assume grill? Or did you smother it down with some onions?

Guy I worked in the plants with (May he RIP) went hunting one morning before shift and killed 2 bobcats (they prey on fawns and other game).

So he skinned them and brought them to the plant. It was a weekend. We butchered them and cooked them down with some veggies and a roux and some deer sausage.

Turned out damn good. Not too gamey

Black guy we worked with was from the hood. Great dude but only ate chicken and pork. We told him it was rabbit and he tried some. Then he got a bowl. Then he got seconds. He was going back for thirds when we told him what it really was. And he got real mad for a second.

Then realized he was going back for thirds and that it was delicious and we all busted out laughing.

I’d make it again. Very lean.

Next time i’d Add some rabbit though, and make Pussy Hare Stew
