I can't recall, but was he already drunk when he showed up? That would hinder my decision making ability more than smoking weed

I always threw up easier when I mixed my wisdoms

Who knows... this whole thing is tragic. Kid couldn't handle himself away from home... someone had it out for him, trying to prove something and it resulted in his death. At the end of the day... having people take constant shots of 151 because you get information wrong is really poor judgement.

His parents refuse to believe that their kid was anything other than a perfect child. The facts are that he shares some blame in this.
And the mom allegedly shares a lot of blame for even putting him in that decision if the stories of him not getting a bid so she called up LSU to force a chapter to take him and then her subsequently strongarming Phi Delt from cutting him are true.

Seriously? Force or tell you to? You’re a big ole Puss if you can’t tell those pencil necked fairies to F off when you’ve had enough.

That's the thing, now his mom is out there speaking out against hazing. But she needs to be telling students (if she's going to make this her mission now) to be smarter and make better decisions. Hazing is wrong, but Max was desperate to be accepted and was willing to do anything, apparently.
If I would've been made to do some of the stuff I read about, I would've just said Frick it and walked out. Sorry, but the truth is, Max wasn't independent enough to do that.
And obviously, Frick hazing too.

Someone still has the stick up his arse from a bad hazing experience.
Anyone who thinks hazing as whole, and done well, is bad, is weak and a mental pussy.

Sober 5 days out of 28 days is not a habit? Hmm...
That's basically like saying someone wasn't raped because they had 1 night stands 5 nights a week.

This. The marijuana killed him

Exactly. Terrible for everyone involved. Don’t ruin another young man’s life to make an example/prove a point.
Well we’re in the age of everything is somebody else fault so...have to blame someone.

If a girl sleeps with 5 different men a week then I would be hard pressed to believe she was raped absent compelling, corroborative evidence.

Walking out of a ritual/hazing session is pretty much impossible, plenty of pledges want to walk out they just don’t.

I actually would be more likely to believe her. If she fricks 20 guys a month with no shame, then why all the sudden would she say number 21 raped her?
It’s the ones that make a mistake that they regret that you have to worry about false claiming rape. Shamelessly slutty gurls won’t suddenly claim rape to save face.

Have you seen the pictures of these guys?
Posted on 4/12/19 at 8:34 pm to Stexas
No, I have, and this is probably the first time these castouts have ever thought they were actually a part of something, think about that for a minute. These poor kids, for the first time in their lives felt as if they belonged, like this was just one more step, phi delt is for losers, but it gave those guys a home, these kids werent going to walkout on that, and it turn out some of them died from it.
