I just want to add that part of her mindless diatribe was saying that the Dems had a strong majority in the house and senate, plus the presidency.
She then went on to say that the Repubs pushed it through to keep FDR from being elected again.
If the Dems had such a strong majority, the Repubs didn't push anything through. This is not even taking into account that it was ratified 6 years after his death. I am merely saying that the majority does not get pushed around, unless there are closet voters for the other party, like McCain.

Doesn't matter whether she intended to mean something or not. What she actually said was factually wrong. Also, what you imply she intended to say isn't factually accurate either. FDR would have kept serving until he was voted out or died.
