Every year we hide our offense until the Bama game obviously

If you are referring to holding back in "gimme" games, I totally agree with you. If the offensive game plan is to be wide open and multiple, then that needs to happen from snap 1 against Georgia Southern. I don't give a frick what Texas may or may not see, if you want Chase to touch the ball 15 times a game then let him touch it 15 times in the first game. Don't hide him or others because you can win without them, execute every thing you can in a live environment, and not try it for the first time on the road in Austin
I agree with this. Of course you are gonna have certain plays you won't show but the overall scheme and tempo you absolutely come out in the first game and execute it.

Hiding the offense is a stupid tactic. By time LSU plays teams that truly matter, they will have seen it already.
Just means that the offense isn’t ready for the “new” offense.

Also, what kind of message does that send to the players?
How can you say you take all opponents seriously, yet you don't prepare the same for all opponents?
And we wonder why we say "oh they just came out flat" so often, when Bama's crushing everyone no matter what name is on the front of the jersey.

I called up LSU head football coach Ed Orgeron, he told me it was illegal for Gorillas to play right tackle.

There is really no such thing as hiding an offense. These coaches are paid a lot of money to be able to adjust to any scheme thrown their way.

Running base plays is not hiding your offense. Every offense has their base plays that you have to perfect and then the rest of it is built around those plays. You really think not running every play in the playbook on one day in April is going affect how the offense develops? They run every other play the other 364 days out the year.
Fans just need to admit thy are mad to hear the offense is going to be vanilla because they selfishly want to see every play. He coaches have seen these guys run those plays and will see them run them 100+ times between now and kickoff.
