Front yard and sidewalk are too steep.

Theres a set of stairs (~5 feet tall) from the driveway up to the back "sidewalk" then 4 more stairs to get into the house.

There's a retaining wall between the driveway and the back yard, so it would take quite a bit of grading/excavation to create a ramp. Plus we'd have to have several large trees taken down.

But I owe this woman everything. Ill sell this house and buy a new one if we need to.
