With Provens being done at LSU, we can take two RBs in this class.

What are the chances we get both Clayton and Evans in the 2020 class?

The very very early monemtum LSU had with Evans is pretty much gone. He’s going to stay in Texas and it will be a major Texas/A&M battle. Right now it looks very good for us getting Clayton. Outside shot at Kendal Milton. I can see us only taking 1 RB, but if they get 2 I wouldn’t be surprised if the second is Kyle Edwards and we stick with 2 in state RB’s.

Well our chances of getting evens are very similar to that of the NCAA giving Leonard Fournette 4 years of football eligibility, and then he decides to leave the Jacksonville Jaguars for LSU... So pretty good chamce on getting both of them!

Jokes aside, he was a heavy LSU lean last year, I believe LSU was like his first P5 offer and we have been ruthlessly pursuing him since. Unfortunately the massive rise of aTm and UT are going to be the deciding factor in his recruitment, he is a Texas kid btw. Fortunately for us, we play both UT and aTm this year. Hopefully great showing against his front runners and a potential playoff appearance could sway his decision.

Well.... after being at northshore the other day lsu is still very much in it for zach. He did say that our haul for 2019 will play a very big part. He not scared of comp but he sees himself as an every done back. Depth chart at uT and A&M are more favorable to him. But he know the 2 rb's we got are some dogs

Let Evans go to Texas. Personally, I'm hoping we land Clayton and Kendall Milton. Clayton is the in-state must. Milton is the biggest back of the 3 and would compliment Clayton better. But it will be an uphill battle convincing 2 top RBs to sign this year given they will be just a year behind 2 top RBs.
