There are too many comedies to list with low scores. Probably 3/4 of my favorite comedies have bad scores.
The biggest offense: The Sandlot. Clearly people are idiots and have bad taste in movies, especially my childhood favorite.

I would guess most critics reviewing this professionally in 1993 were not kids. Reviews for kids movies are always weird because critics aren't in the target age demographic.
I know several people who didn't see The Sandlot until adulthood and think it's a crummy movie.
I also love it, but I've seen it countless times starting from age 5.
I'll second A Knight's Tale as one whose quality is not matched properly with its RT score. Funny, clever, at least 4 great performances, and a winking self-aware attitude. It's not a perfect film, but it's a decently-made blast.
