Define ‘Basic Gundog”???
Lots of definitions are made for tv bs and don’t mean squat to most real trainers. Sitting in an outdoor expo listening to pretend dog trainer repeatedly tell his animals to sit. I would make him cry with my critique of his program.

Basic Gun Dog
The gun dog program is designed to build a dog that is at a level that any hunter would be proud to take to the field. This program builds on obedience and progresses to collar conditioning, force fetch, steadiness, marking and hunting situation prep.
Which is still vague... I’d like it to be close so I can drive out as much as possible to work with him.
