I have a complete fracture of my distal phalanx on my pinky. It's been over a month now and still hasn't healed. The doctor keeps saying it will be fine but I am worried the bone might die or something and I have to amputate the end of my pinky off.

The sooner the better.
As long as it isn't displaced you shouldn't be too worried.
