Before actually being proven guilty...

He is guilty.
Of insubordination by refusing to appear when directed by his superior. That's way he was suspended. Try to keep up.
Remember if Wade isn't chatting with a sleazeball and making questionable statements on an FBI wiretap none of this happens.

Nah LSU needs Wade more than Wade needs LSU.

Hey dude while some of what you are saying is correct however the man has been subpoenaed and can’t talk about shite! How about the administration calling in the NCAA.. that’s just stupid.

What is incorrect in what I wrote?
1. Did or did not Wade refuse his lawful superior's lawful order to attend a meeting?
2. Is this or is this nor insubordination?
3. Who is recorded having a conversation with a sleaze ball?
4. Who's comments on this recording are suspicious at the very least?
5.True or false...if Wade never has any dealings with the sleaze ball this never happens?

What exactly does this mean?
When your boss tells you to do a specific thing and you don't there are consequences.
Once you get a job you will understand.

In this case Wade's boss is not worthy of the respect of meeting with him.

Like I said, I'm getting to appreciate your idiocy.

I'm neither comforted nor concerned by that fact.

Let me explain some things to you, gray
In a normal, healthy functioning athletic department, the situation would play out like this:
Alleva- Will, we’d like to speak with you about this tape
Wade- With all due respect, because of my upcoming testimony in federal court and on the advise of my lawyer, I cannot.
Alleva- Coach, that’s totally understandable and checks out with what our legal counsel has suggested. We support you and will re-evaluate after the trial
However, Joe Alleva has built a department on a foundation of zero communication and distrust. As any lawyer will tell you, Wades position is perfectly legitimate but Alleva not only doesn’t respect that, he invites a god damn NCAA rep to widen the gap between admin and coach even more.
In short, frick Alleva and Co.

Did you get reprimanded for not cooperating or were you all-in from the beginning?

Gray always staunchly supports the powers that be in LSU athletics regardless of how boneheaded their decisions are. He is not an independent thinker.

That is immaterial. When you tell your boss you refuse a direct order, you ave to understand that there will be consequences.
