Disney really dicked themselves over. Wasn't the plan to start shooting GOTG3 early this year, so it could be the first movie of Phase 4? (Or is the next Spider-Man going to kick off Phase 4?)
Now, it probably won't come out til 2022 or 2023.

As for his tweets, ya gotta remember he was doing Troma films awhile back. They tend to do some pretty warped and tacky stuff
