Appreciate that though I’m not claiming to be smarter than anyone els I’m just going by the small amount of factual evidence we have. If Wade is guilty he should be fired but these people aren’t even considering the opposite could be a possibility. If it was as cut and dry as they claim Wade would be fired already.

Nah. Most of us "intelligent" people are saying that a suspension with pay is the proper course at this time. Inherent in that is the possibility he truly did nothing wrong. I personally do not believe that to be the case, but I'm not so bull-headed that I'm not willing to accept that as a possibility.

hence, the suspension with pay - for not taking to the employer - is completely appropriate and correct response at this time.

I agree. I wasn't commenting about the end result of your thoughts, merely the process.
