Actually, I am quite the fan.
But in regards to the MCU, Bruce Banner is the Hulk and hopefully will be Professor Hulk by the end of EG.
So outside of Planet Hulk (which has not been explained in the MCU and therefore non-canon) Bruce Banner is the only individual who can turn big and green and say Hulk smash.
And for arguments sake so were both on the same page: MCU = MARVEL CINEMATIC UNIVERSE

The MCU is based on the actual comic series The Avengers which started in 1963.

I do have a point. They've gone off the comics and, in fact, those very story lines repeatedly. Considering the source material and the way the character has been described in the MCU, it should be an easy conclusion to reach.
