He’s not an upgrade but he’s a hell of a lot better #2 option than some other teams have and a lot better than what we had behind MI and Kamara last season. Murray won’t put up Ingram’s numbers because I doubt he gets that kind of workload but he’s going to touch the ball 5-7 times a game and maybe more depending on the game plan.

Murray excels when he’s not the only option. He’s not a world beater but he’s a proven guy, good at the goal line, decent hands and is big and strong in pass pro. He doesn’t excel in a lot of areas but he’s solid in a ton of them. I imagine his use won’t be similar to Ingram’s but he will play significant snaps and I think he will do fine. He doesn’t have a lot of mileage on him which is good.
