It is the FBI's investigation that created the problem, but Will Wade's issues are not criminal and he is not suspended because of criminal issues. He's been suspended because of potential NCAA issues. Technically, he's probably a "victim" in the FBI investigation.

Fair point but the problems are because of the investigation the same investigation that has ruined Chuck Persons, This is not just about WW but is spans colleges all over the country and will result in many potential criminal charges for bribery being filed.

Technically he is a victim of Dawkins scumbag attorney who is under a judges direct order not to release any of the FBI reports. He is also a victim of Yahoo selectively click baiting his information in defiance of the judges order. None of this information was leagally released. He is also a victim of an insane media almost complete disregard for leaks on higher profile situations like Kansas- Zion-Duke.
