Origins. I've probably played through that game 15 times and I'm still seeing new shite. The story is unbelievable. Prime BioWare.
Don't get me wrong, ME2 is one of my favorite games of all time and I highly recommend you play that immediately after, but Origins is above it.

So weird. I just realized DA:O was backwards compatible on XB1 the other day and started a replay.
I'm having a blast. Never played Mage before. Gonna be weird playing on console because my first playthrough was on PC and I modded the shite out of it.
