re: How many of you baws actually work on your own cars?

I've got a 92 LS400 with half a million miles on the original engine/trans. All the gizmos still work and it still rides smooth as silk. No rattles or vibrations, motor still pulls hard.

I cant bring myself to get rid of it. It isnt worth enough to part with it. It also isnt worth enough to take to a shop so I do everything myself. I guess when something finally goes that I can't handle it will be done for. For now its nice to have a car I can put high miles on rather than my newer rides.
