BRCC has the younger overall membership than CCL (I found that interesting until two CCL members told me that is true and is a concern for them)

This was a concern a few years ago, based off the average age of membership. A few months ago there was only 5 junior memberships left before they went to a waiting list. Not sure where that stands now.

BRCC has a decent practice facility that is getting better

CCL just renovated all their practice facilities in the fall of 2018. They added a new short game area 90 yards in length behind the indoor hitting facility & bottom hitting area on the range. They leveled the top hitting area on the range and completely re-sodded it. They also added all new turf on the top hitting area (same type as BRCC). All new drainage on the range as well.

This is true but it’s next to a swamp. They are working on a drainage project around the greens currently. That combined with the new cart paths with integrated drains will hopefully help. Everybody has been soaked for the last 5 months though.

Finances have always been a concern/issue. That clubhouse is a monster to maintain - and costly

That was with the former management that’s been out for a few years. The current GM came from Riveroaks in Houston and is doing a hell of a job. Also the club is in the middle of a $10mil renovation. I would say finances are ok
