I don't think trophies matter or Bruce would still be Bruce and not Kaitlyn.....he certainly had enough trophies.

I think trannys have a basic self hatred that can only be satisfied with mutilation..even after that, their suicide rate is extraordinarily high..
So, surgery is obviously not the cure to their underlying mental issues.
