He doesn't. he won 10 games and was 5-3 in the SEC with an offense barely in the top ten of the SEC. We fired a guy who averaged ten wins for eleven years with a shitty offense. When he wins the west if he ever does, then he will deserve a raise.
O had a little hill to climb. Wade had a fricking mountain to get over. Give Wade whatever it takes to keep him.

Aleva should redo Orgeron’s contract and take some money from Orgeron and given it to Will Wade. Will Wade has accomplished more in two season than Orgeron has accomplished in three years.
