I'm seeing mixed messages on this...was she never a US citizen, or did her citizenship get revoked?

I heard on the news, yesterday, that her citizenship was revoked.

I read that she was born to Diplomats to the US in New Jersey and that since she was born to diplomats she is not a US citizen. I believe the State Department released that info.

If done voluntarily and with the intent to relinquish citizenship, the following acts will cause you to lose citizenship:
Serving in the armed forces of a foreign country engaged in hostilities against the U.S.
Taking an officer position in the armed forces of a foreign state
Being convicted of treason
Taking an oath or affirmation to a foreign state
Working for a foreign government when you are of that nationality
