I do not like this at all.
Hospitals are now collecting DNA of new borns.

President Donald Trump has signed the Rapid DNA Act into law which means the police can routinely take DNA samples from people who are arrested but not yet convicted of a crime.
The law, which was signed in 2017 and comes into effect this year, will require several states to connect Rapid DNA machines to Codis – the national DNA database controlled by the FBI.
These machines, which are portable and about the same size as a desktop printer, are expected to become as routine a process as taking fingerprints.
But John W. Whitehead from The Rutherford Institute believes it is a sinister development which will make everyone a suspect.

Let’s see if the ACLU takes time off from frivolous attacks against white people to take this one on.

Not saying that I agree with this, but how is this different from being photographed and providing fingerprints upon arrest?

Here’s an earth shattering, mind blowing recommendation to avoid the effects of this law:
Don’t get arrested
Omg! Omg!
Don’t get arrested
Omg! Omg!

Shut up cuck.
They can arrest you because some gay black actor made up a lie.
Now you're in the database.
fricking cuck

unfortunately, the wrong people will end up in charge and we'll start getting rounded up by the thought police.

Ugh. I just don't have time to go back and forth to DC and secret underground military facilities once they find out my DNA can be the base for building an elite group of super soldiers.

SCOTUS has already ruled. From the Article:
But now it has been changed with the US Supreme Court ruling and heralds in a loss of privacy

Do you get like any sleep at night? I mean if I were you, I would sit up awake scared shitless...

i mean, i get it. it kinda goes against the 4th amendment, but i can see how this can limit cases like the "golden state killer" to go on for years on end. i kinda believe the gov't was already doing this by utilizing the 23 and Me DNA tests, and it's some conspiracy to sort out the weak links in society when the NWO gets established.

Apparently it will not matter if guilty, either way I think its bullshite.

Maybe think????

That's the whole point. A cop can arrest you for anything. It does not mean you are guilty.
Should a person who forgot to pay a ticket who goes through a road block have his DNA taken from him?
The fact is we have seen what the IC and Fed Gov is capable of.
I don't like it. The SCOTUS has ruled, Trump has signed it... but I don't have to like it.

You have more faith in LE than I do

I'm curious how is this different from the finger print database, your info goes in when you are arrested not if your convicted?
