Then please explain. Probably the two best LSU coaches if you’re looking at the body of work would be in gymnastics and baseball. I took it to mean that Wade has surpassed them both (at least for now) strictly because of how he has completely transformed the entire culture of the basketball program in such a short time.

This was apparent halfway into his initial season..by the end..it was with an exclamation point despite rough NIT exit.
And just because he has improved the roster, don't be fooled, he still doesn't have the roster and personnel to the exact build of his system and style just yet..
He can and will do more, this is just the start!

with a couple more years like this, he can challenge CPM as the best coach on campus but CPM clearly has a better resume than Wade.

No question that Wade has done wonders with the program. And I am a huge fan. He has only started the climb— a huge win. More work to do. Since there is a coach or 2 on campus that have won titles and Wade has yet to do so, he has not reached “best on campus” status yet. However, his potential seems to be through the roof. Time will tell.
