Did any of y’all have trouble getting the nighthawk router to recognize the SIM card you bought? Mine won’t recognize it for some reason. I bought a refurbished Nighthawk on EBay. Going to try a new SIM card tomorrow, if that one doesn’t work then will return that Nighthawk and get a new one.

Did you actually get the guy on the eBay auction to transfer the service over into your name? You'll need to give him the sim card # (has to be a brand new never used SIM card), and the IMEI # of the hotspot. He transfers service over to you and the SIM# and hotspot IMEI number are linked together. After he does that, he'll send you a message on eBay letting you know it's transferred over, then you just pop your SIM in the Nighthawk and away you go....
It's pretty simple.
