Destin is a much cleaner PCB, but with no amusement park. PCB is straight up trash and dirt. At least it was the last time I went.
ETA Just realized this year will be even worse considering PCB was pummeled by Michael.

Whenever PCB started banning alcohol on public beaches during spring break. I think that started last year. Total ban during the month of March. Miami is considering the same.
