And his first season wasn't a success. So that's why people are still not sold.

I would say we had a good season that met my expectations as far as win total. If we are going by wins, and recruiting rankings. Les' last full season was a success by those standards.

Did the 2015 team finish top 10 with a Fiesta Bowl type win? IMO, the difference is in the types of losses and the bowl win. It's strictly a subjective thing for each person. Everyone has their own idea of success. I do agree that we need to see some improvement in 2019 in order to keep the faith.

His first season wasn't a failure either.....as much as you want to categorize it as such. It was a middle of the road season with a coach going thru his first full year.
