I bought a shed from Graceland and they delivered and set it up for me included in the cost. If you find a dealer close by your land, I'm sure they'd do the same. My 12x16 lofted barn was well under 10K. I believe it was around $3,500.

I have power and water to the property but obviously would need to run lines.
