So during negotiations, Trump is getting owned? But no deal, compromise or other has been decided or forthcoming... Neither Nancy, nor Trump, has accomplished anything. Trump wants funding, Nancy says no. So how is any of this advantageous for the other?

When the government shuts down in 15 days because of her no one is going to have any compassion for the 800k federal workers. It could have been fixed, yet it wasn't.

You're pretending she didn't get a letter from 30 House Dems early last week urging her to give DJT the money. Her public and private support is eroding and there's a solid chance could lose the speakership over this, particularly when Trump pulls the trigger on the EO under USC 10-284 as stated above and takes the full $25B to do so, with Dems getting NOTHING in return.
