I really liked their first two records as a kid, but ~'83 my musical taste shifted a lot when my older cousin turned me onto REM's Murmur... So, there's probably a part of me that has a sentimental attachment to their early stuff..

While I can and still will enjoy the odd song or two from them (or that genre in general), I never really listen to that stuff... And for the past 30 + years I'm probably more familiar with all their crap offstage, than anything they've done onstage...
