Berger’s (sp?) is the best bacon I have eaten and that includes Wright’s.
No water, crisps up very well.

It is good, but my Publix stopped carrying it for some reason.
I like the Hormel Black Label or the Smithfield Applewood Smoked.

They're right up the road from us in Central MO, and yes, their stuff is fantastic (and not just their bacon):
