I also get its a hard job and a lot is asked of them....but its also the NFL's fricking fault for not embracing the technology to take things off their plat. I think that's the most infuriating part of it all. Why does a frick job like this need to happen before you address shite that's been obvious for a while?

All it fricking took was allowing penalties/no calls in certain situations to be reviewable. That's it. But that would require asking your employees to admit fault. NFL wants no part of that, apparently.
