Dumb question, but is FISA abuse an actual crime that can be targeted for prosecution or is it just another made up term that sounds nefarious but isn’t like collusion.
Are we really talking about falsification of government records, encroachment of people civil liberties and the like call it that.

I'm no lawyer but I cant imagine engineering false intelligence, and lying to judges about it in order to obtain search warrants is not a huge no no.
