Nobody - exactly nobody - ever thought Trump was saying Mexico would write out a "pay to the USA wall fund" check.

The wall will pay for itself 100s of times over in reduction of medical/welfare expenditures that will no longer be a drain on the treasury. The Americans who are employed to do the jobs that aliens are now doing will contribute 10 times more to the treasury than the cost of a wall, plus their less reliance on welfare services.

Trade agreements will generate 100s times more $$ for the USA than the cost of a wall and the growth of the economy from that will generate 1000s of times the cost of a wall over time.

The ONLY thing that is bad about a wall find it home in the hit it makes to the DEMOCRAT agenda.
