I'd rather give a new guy a chance than see some uninspiring retread hire. People with new ideas getting opportunities is good for the league.

Yeah. It is kind of nice to see teams thinking a bit outside of the box and taking chances with guys instead of the old NFL way of hiring retread after retread. It is weird that KK gets fired from a college job and gets an NFL job, but at least its interesting.
Although you know this is always cyclical, and when some of these chances fail in 3 years, the retreads will be back in vogue.
