Of course the same numbers wouldn’t be there because Obama had not had the opportunity to decimate the job market just yet. But since were obviously talking hypotheticals then my answer is yes had Obama been president from 2004-2008.

The difference in inheriting an economic recession and inherenting a rising economy....it’s really that simple.

I agree. Obama had nowhere to go but up...and he still managed to lose jobs. It was remarkable.

So your answer is that Trump could have produced 5 million jobs if Obama would have been president in 2004-2008.

Could you explain how Obama decimated the job market for whatever time period you think that
happened.

Why do you think Trump could have produced those 5 million jobs if Obama would have president from 2004-2008 instead of Bush?

Well considering all the deregulation Trump did in his first 90 days alone it would have created more jobs. Obama had no policy for job creation other than through the government itself. He was oblivious to the private sector and how it works. Stimulus money is the only wayObama knew how to create ‘jobs’. Does this help you understand it easier?

You need to learn the difference between having a certain opinion and having a certain opinion backed by good facts. I'm not offering an opinion as to whether Obama is a good job creator. I am saying that using a 2008 vs. 2016 comparison as the basis for an opinion is silly. You going to debate that? You still think illegals don't pay billions of dollars in federal income taxes?

Just how fast do you all think it takes to recover from a recession? Most news pundits said 3 presidential terms (12 years). So I guess we’re right on schedule...

Yeah everything with the economy was peachy by the time Obama was sworn in. Things tanked right after he was sworn in and nothing happened in 2008 at all.

Absolutely. Probably more. Obama took a recovery and zero interest and hamstrung it with regulations and burdoned it with new taxes. Trump would have poured diesel on it.

This man gets it.
